Is Solwen an EHR?
Solwen is a TCM-native clinical workspace — a chart built around how TCM practitioners actually work, with pattern differentiation, tongue and pulse, formulas, and case history as first-class parts of the record rather than free text in a generic notes field.
Does Solwen diagnose patients?
No. Solwen consolidates your own case context and offers perspectives on the case in front of you. It does not diagnose. The practitioner makes every clinical decision.
Does Solwen prescribe treatment or formulas?
No. Solwen never prescribes. It helps you organize and think about your cases; you decide the treatment.
Is Solwen bilingual?
Yes. Solwen is designed for both English and Traditional Chinese (繁體) workflows, so you can document and read in the language that fits the moment.
Is Solwen HIPAA-compliant?
Solwen is built for HIPAA-covered clinics: it runs on Google Cloud infrastructure covered by signed Business Associate Agreements, with per-clinic data isolation.
